Project: Kitchen, family room, dining room, living room remodel.
Robert is a superb contractor and businessman whom we would recommend without reservation. 5 out of 5. 10 out of 10. This is not the first time Robert has done work for us. About 5 years ago he installed a skylight in our living room. His bid was fair and the work was completed skillfully and promptly. After that, we had him do several jobs in our house and yard. We’ve never had anything but complete satisfaction in his work. In 2013, the scope of our remodel was much greater than previous projects completed by Robert. With any remodel, there are many ways to design and plan it (all-inclusive, separate architect/designer/contractor/etc. and multiple hybrids in between). We consulted a number of experts, but always under the assumption that our contractor had been selected – and he was Robert Kaljian. He worked seamlessly with us and our other consultants to come up with a design and schedule that worked for everyone. Once the project was planned, Robert masterfully organized all the work and deliveries so that all phases of construction flowed without delay. During the entire project, we experienced just one short delay due to an unpredictable event. We are very happy with the end result – a beautiful new kitchen and adjacent rooms. What is unique about Robert is he possesses all the attributes you seek when hiring a contractor. While some are good at many/most things, Robert is good at all of them. He responds when you contact him. His work is excellent. He only works with reliable and skilled sub-contractors. He and his sub-contractors arrive on time. He maintains a tight schedule. Work is nearly always completed on time. He and his workers protect your house and clean up at the end of each day. His prices are fair and he gives a written estimate. Plus, Robert is a really nice and fun guy who is happy to share his experiences at the latest concert or sporting event he’s attended. Once again, I recommend Robert Kaljian unconditionally.

Many projects were dong for me by Kaljian construction, a custom made oak front door, a remodeled bathroom, adding cultured marble shower complete with side seating bench,  clear glass shower door, a new medicine cabinet too.  Minor repairs were done to the small bath, adding a new shower pan, updating faucets, etc.  In addition he added smoke alarms to my home to bring it up to code.  I USE HIM FOR EVERYTING and would recommend him, yes.
